We have officially onboarded our first three local Sales Agents in Chilumba rural Community, located in Central Province of Zambia🇿🇲. These talented individuals have been equipped with comprehensive training on customer relationship management, customer service, and mini-grid solar installation. We are proud to empower them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Our commission-based structure allows our Sales Agents to earn a percentage on every sale they make, providing them with a sense of ownership and motivation to drive their sales performance. This initiative not only creates jobs but also enables them to support themselves and their families.

Our Main Objective
➢ To enhance climate resilience and bridge the energy access gap to marginalized communities in Zambia.
Specific Objectives
➢ To raise awareness and increase knowledge about climate change among youths in marginalized communities through outreach programs on climate change education and awareness campaigns.
➢ Conduct capacity building workshops for youths to give them a platform to bring their innovative ideas to life within the sectors of just energy transition, green environmental sustainability, and reduce deforestation and land degradation.
➢ To improve the overall living standard of the population in marginalized communities by empowering them with eco-friendly, affordable, and renewable solar lighting solutions, and to stop over-reliance on fossil fuels as their source of energy.
➢ To improve the academic performance of pupils in Marginalized communities of Zambia by providing them with reliable solar lighting in schools and homes.
